Outgoing SEC Commissioner To Join Cooley

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissioner Roel C. Campos will soon be joining Cooley Godward Kronish LLP as partner-in-charge of the firm's Washington, D.C. office, the law firm announced Thursday.

Midway through his second term as an SEC commissioner, Campos announced two weeks ago that he intended to step down in a month's time in order to return to the private sector.
