DCP Says Transwestern Pipe Conversion Will Pinch Drillers

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Gas processor DCP Midstream LLC on Thursday protested an effort by Transwestern Pipeline Co. LLC to abandon a 60-mile pipeline that is part of a larger connection serving New Mexico and north Texas plays, saying the move will cut off future gas drilling.
