Judge To Mull Chinese Arbitration For Magnesite Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A group of Chinese magnesite producers will get another shot to kick a proposed price-fixing class action against them out of New Jersey federal court as the judge overseeing the case said Friday that she would consider whether the allegations belong before a Chinese arbitration panel instead.
