Supreme Court Turns Down Hospital Worker Wage Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 2:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday it would not weigh in on whether state wage-and-hour claims filed by a class of hospital workers were subject to federal union laws, apparently unpersuaded by the hospital's claim that an appeals court's ruling would do “violence to federal labor policy.”
