Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 6:48 PM ET) -- A unit of Selective Insurance Group Inc. on Monday asked a Pennsylvania federal court to declare that it did not have to defend American Kitchen Delights Inc. against claims it violated the Lanham Act by using a rival’s packaging to market allegedly inferior stromboli.
In a declaratory action, Selective Insurance Company Of South Carolina contended that policies purchased by American Kitchen did not cover allegations brought by rival Leonetti Food Distributors Inc.
