Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 3:00 PM ET) -- A corporate finance attorney formerly with McGuireWoods LLP who advises on secured and unsecured financings for banks and private equity funds has joined Alston & Bird LLP as a partner in its Los Angeles office, the firm said Monday.
Matthew Wrysinski, one of four West Coast corporate attorneys to join the firm this month, will work in the global finance and debt products group, Alston & Bird said.
