Power Plant Operator Sues EPA To Shield Business Data

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 5:32 PM ET) -- PPL Montana LLC sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday to stop it from handing two environmental groups data about upgrades at a Montana coal-fired plant, arguing the move would reveal confidential business information to competitors.
