Abbott Fights Order Allowing Shared Discovery

Law360, New York (August 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Abbott Laboratories Inc. has lashed out at a judge's order allowing a plaintiff in the average wholesale price litigation to share discovery from other state cases against the drug maker with government prosecutors, arguing that the information has “nothing to do with the claims” in the multidistrict action.
