Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Groupe Bernard Tapie's negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice to pay $80 million for Full Tilt Poker, a gambling website shuttered over fraud allegations, derailed in the eleventh hour, a GBT attorney said Tuesday amid rumors that another poker site had swooped in.

Gambling forums and blogs lit up with the buzz Tuesday afternoon that the dark horse could be PokerStars, a site swept up along with Full Tilt in a DOJ investigation last April that revealed the sites allegedly bilked millions from users....
