Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Dallas-based commercial real estate investment company Beck Ventures has bought North Dallas mall Valley View Center, which it plans to develop into a $2 billion mixed-use project called Dallas Midtown with retail and office properties, a hotel, and luxury residences, Beck said Tuesday.
