Judge Lays Out Discovery Limits In Clash Over $8.5B BofA Deal

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 8:31 PM ET) -- A New York state judge suggested Tuesday that she'd split the difference between the discovery demands of investors who helped negotiate Bank of America Corp.'s $8.5 billion settlement with Countrywide Financial Corp. mortgage-backed securities holders and those of the investors who objected to the deal.
