Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- House lawmakers took their first steps toward pulling weapons programs off the budget chopping block, introducing markups last week to the 2013 defense authorization bill that would revive the Northrop Grumman Global Hawk drone program and order the military to buy more ships and tanks than it planned.
