Oracle Atty Suggests Google Felt Heat From IPhone Release

Law360, San Francisco (April 25, 2012, 2:36 PM EDT) -- An Oracle Corp. attorney suggested Wednesday that Google was under heavy pressure in 2007 to release a development kit for its allegedly infringing Android operating system so it could keep pace with Apple Inc., which had unveiled its original iPhone months before, as the trial over Google's mobile platform continued.
