Subcontractor Says It's Owed $17M For Army Base Work

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A subcontractor that helped construct new buildings and improve existing ones at a U.S. Army base in Georgia on Tuesday sued the firm that hired it and Safeco Insurance Co. for up to $17 million, alleging it wasn’t paid for some of its work.
