Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 4:57 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday upheld a lower court ruling that shot down a challenge by four environmental groups to a large development project in Tejon Ranch, a massive swath of privately owned land in the state’s San Joaquin Valley.
The three-judge panel found the groups’ concerns over air pollution, water supply, Native American cultural resources and the endangered California condor were not sufficient to keep developer Tejon Mountain Village LLC’s project from moving forward.
