Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- Vanguard Health Systems Inc. on Tuesday was the latest hospital operator to reveal that it is part of a reported $3 billion industrywide settlement with the federal Medicare agency and will receive $40.6 million from the deal.
