Netflix Wants 9th Circ. To End 'Wasteful' Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Netflix Inc. urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to end a class of subscribers' antitrust suit over a promotional agreement the movie service struck with Wal-Mart Stores Inc., saying the alleged Sherman Act violations have been baseless from the case's inception.
