Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 7:19 PM ET) -- Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP will pay investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP $300 million for 50 percent of the natural gas joint venture that owns two pipeline systems in Utah and Texas, it announced Wednesday.
