Microchip Gets ITC Probe Of Semiconductor Device IP Claims

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 8:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to launch an investigation into Microchip Technology Inc.'s claims that Intersil Corp. and two subsidiaries ran afoul of U.S. trade law by selling or importing semiconductor integrated circuit devices that allegedly infringe six patents, the ITC said Wednesday.
