EEOC Bias Suit Against Ford Has Familiar Ring

Law360, New York (August 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Barely two years after Ford agreed to a far-reaching settlement over its apprenticeship program, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has accused the automotive giant once again of administering training tests that deliberately discriminate against African-Americans.

On Friday, the EEOC filed suit against Ford in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, charging the Dearborn, Mich.-based company with promoting “unlawful employment practices,” according to court documents.
