First Horizon Hit With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- First Horizon National Corp. has been sued by a proposed collective class of computer technicians saying the mortgage lender kept them at its beck and call but didn't pay them overtime.

The named plaintiff, Jeffrey Harrison, filed his suit Friday in the Kansas district court as an opt-in collective action covering all similarly situated employees.
