Insurer Balks At Sharing 5-Hour Energy's Defense Costs

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 3:37 PM EDT) -- National Casualty Co. said Wednesday that it doesn't have to help Citizens Insurance Co. of America pay the defense costs of 5-Hour Energy drinks' manufacturer in false advertising and trade libel litigation, arguing that its policy excludes advertising injury coverage.
