Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A trucking company on Thursday argued that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is not entitled to a rehearing of its sexual harassment case before the Eighth Circuit, saying the agency failed to thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the individual class members it sought to represent.
