Senate Dems Want Final Volcker Rule Issued By Summer

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 12:59 PM EDT) -- Senate Democrats on Thursday pressed U.S. regulators to complete the Dodd-Frank Act's ban on proprietary trading this summer, urging them to adopt the strongest portions of the existing proposed rule rather than start from scratch on a new proposal.
