ACA Tempts Employers To Drop Health Plans: GOP Report

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 5:54 PM EDT) -- House Republicans on Thursday raised the specter of employers dropping health care coverage, pointing to company presentations that suggest it would be cheaper to pay penalties associated with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
