AMR Negotiator Says Union Cuts Are Necessity, Not Choice

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 10:54 PM EDT) -- The chief negotiator for bankrupt American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp., which is attempting to cancel its union contracts in a bid to dramatically lower costs, testified Thursday that the firm has done all it can to avoid nixing the deals.
