Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 8:03 PM ET) -- Shearman & Sterling LLP has bolstered its Palo Alto, Calif., operation by snagging an experienced intellectual property transactions attorney from King & Spalding LLP's Silicon Valley office, the firm said Thursday.
Richard Hsu, who was a co-managing partner of the former Townsend LLP prior to joining King & Spalding, joined Shearman on Friday, bringing more than 20 years of experience dealing with licensing, asset purchase and partnering deals for intellectual property, particularly in the technology sector, according to the firm.
