Abramoff Pal Seeks High Court Review Of $20M Judgment

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A partner in Jack Abramoff's American Indian casino lobbying scandal appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court on April 19 a $20 million restitution judgment against him, saying that the high court's ruling in Skilling made part of his plea in the case unconstitutional.
