Dell Blasts $9M 'Take It Or Leave It' Freight Price-Fixing Deal

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 2:55 PM ET) -- Dell Inc. on Thursday joined Hewlett-Packard Co. in objecting to an $8.8 million “take it or leave it” price-fixing settlement reached with freight forwarder Deutsche Bahn AG that the computer giants say is a raw deal for class members.
