Discount Tire Hidden Fee Lawsuit Runs Out Of Tread

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 5:03 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a proposed nationwide class action accusing Discount Tire of charging customers for the disposal of their old tires without telling them up front, though an attorney for the plaintiff vowed to appeal the decision.
