Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 10:21 PM ET) -- Intrepid Potash Inc. has received approval from the federal Bureau of Land Management for its roughly $230 million solar solution mine in New Mexico to extract potash used in agriculture and food production, the potash producer said Thursday.
