Google Faces Antitrust Probes In Argentina, Korea

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- Antitrust regulators in Argentina and South Korea are both investigating Google Inc.'s operations, the Internet search giant revealed Wednesday, as it faces a continuing European Union probe and a recently stepped-up Federal Trade Commission investigation.

Argentina's National Commission for the Defense of Competition and Korea's Fair Trade Commission have launched probes of "certain business practices" at Google, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
