Ex-Capital One Execs Blast Noncompete Pact As Overbroad

Law360, Washington (April 27, 2012, 2:48 PM EDT) -- Two former Capital One Financial Corp. officers told a Virginia federal court Friday that a noncompete pact barring them from accepting executive posts at any rival New York banks is overbroad and unenforceable, and urged the court to throw out the bank's suit against them.
