Headway Sets $373M Benchmark For New Fund

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:45 PM EDT) -- U.K.-based Headway Capital Partners, a spin-off of London-based private equity investor Coller Capital that focuses on small and mid-size deals, is starting up a new $373.2 million fund, the firm disclosed Wednesday.

The firm is placing a minimum investment threshold of $6.7 million for Headway Investment Partners III LP, with an exchange rate based on €1 to $1.33, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
