Insurers Sue To Exit $37M Suit Over Faulty Construction

Law360, Los Angeles (April 27, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- Hanover Insurance Co. and Massachusetts Bay Insurance Co. sued AKRF Inc. in New York on Thursday, seeking a determination that they're not required to defend the engineering consultant in New York City's $37 million lawsuit over problems during the construction of a 15-story forensic lab.
