Air Cargo Co. Looks To End Antitrust Case In Rare Plea

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 7:59 PM ET) -- Florida West International Airways Inc. sought court approval Friday to plead no contest to criminal price-fixing charges, saying the unusual plea fit because it's being driven to financial ruin and blamed for the conduct of a former executive secretly employed by a rival carrier.
