NRC Chairman Under Fire Again From House GOP

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 8:07 PM ET) -- House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans are continuing their push against U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairman Gregory Jaczko, demanding Friday that he respond to allegations that he has intimidated his staff and fellow commissioners.

The committee sent Jaczko a letter — the third in a little more than a week — saying the chairman's leadership practices had created a "chilled work environment" at the NRC and asking him to explain what he'd done to address the issue.
