Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 8:23 PM ET) -- The city of Albuquerque, N.M., asked a federal court Friday to toss a lawsuit from The Trails residential complex, which claims the city is unlawfully delaying the project at the expense of developers who have already sunk $20 million into the development.
“The complaint that has been filed is procedurally inadequate,” assistant city attorney Kevin Curran told Law360 Friday.
