Group Says Utility's Auction Competition Push Flawed

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:34 PM EDT) -- ISO New England Inc.’s plan to revise its rules governing potential electricity sources prior to their auction in order to foster increased competition in the auction process would actually reduce transparency and harm competition, an industry group told federal regulators Friday.
