Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 1:31 PM ET) -- Yelp Inc. settled a proposed wage-and-hour class action for $1.25 million on Friday in California federal court with a group of account executives who had alleged that the online review service failed to pay them overtime.
The three lead plaintiffs in the suit asked U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen to sign off on the settlement, which establishes the fund for two proposed classes of approximately 942 national and California claimants, according to the suit.
