GSA Gets Off Easy In $4M Leaky Building Lease Suit

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Friday said the U.S. General Services Administration correctly terminated a building lease with a Chicago property management company over water leaks, ruling that the agency has to pay only $60,000 of the $4 million sought in the suit.
