Reps Seek To Bar Abortion Coverage In Exchange Plans

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 6:23 PM EDT) -- More than 60 Republican congressmen, and one Democrat, introduced a bill Friday that would prohibit federally administered health plans on the state insurance exchanges from covering abortions, claiming the coverage could violate federal law that bans government money from funding abortion services.
