MF Global Customer Can't Block Execs From $30M Coverage

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 9:59 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday denied a bid by MF Global Holdings Ltd. customer Sapere Wealth Management LLC to temporarily prevent MF Global executives from accessing up to $30 million in insurance coverage for legal defense in lawsuits stemming from the broker-dealer's collapse.
