Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 8:56 PM ET) -- A former high-tech executive convicted of scamming $31 million from 55 investors, including actor Danny Glover, has been sentenced to 22 years in federal prison, prosecutors said Monday.
Samuel "Mouli" Cohen was also hit with a $31.4 million judgment and $27,900 in fines in the sentence handed down by U.S. District Judge Charles R. Beyer in California federal court, according to the office of U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag.
