Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 9:21 PM ET) -- Indiana, Pa.-based energy boutique Gormly Gormly & Yuhas LLC has merged with Charleston, W.Va.-based Jackson Kelly PLLC, with all four Gormly attorneys moving to Jackson Kelly’s Pittsburgh office, the firm announced Monday.
Gormly has represented mostly oil and gas companies in Pennsylvania, with clients involved in natural gas sources the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays.
