ITC Bans Circuit Interrupters After Leviton IP Complaint

Law360, New York (May 1, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday ordered a ban on shipments of circuit interrupters after reviewing a complaint lodged by Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. that accused several importers of infringing patents on the products.
