Ex-Freddie CEO Says SEC Trying To Make Him 'Scapegoat'

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 6:04 PM ET) -- The former CEO of Freddie Mac lashed out at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission late Monday, maintaining the agency's fraud allegations were merely an attempt to make him the fall guy for the entire subprime mortgage crisis.
