Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 2:20 PM ET) -- Sony Mobile Communications Inc. and Samsung Electronics USA Inc. were among a group of companies sued in Texas federal court on Tuesday by a licensing group that says the companies are selling products that infringe a mobile device display patent.
Rotatable Technologies LLC said in two separate lawsuits that Sony, Samsung and seven other companies are selling mobile device hardware or software that infringes the company’s patented method for rotating windows on a display device.
