Clean Energy Bill Boosts Renewables, Cuts Emissions: Report

Law360, New York (May 2, 2012, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A top Democrat's bill to set a national clean energy standard would drive up energy generation from renewable, nuclear and natural gas sources and bring about double-digit decreases in utility emissions, according to a government analysis released Wednesday.
