Law360, New York (April 27, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- Japanese electronics maker Seiko Epson has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in an Oregon federal court against a French manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket ink cartridges.
The move comes only one month after Hewlett-Packard sued two companies that sell refilled ink cartridges for patent infringement and false advertising.
